I think GameChanger is a great choice for anyone looking to improve themselves. I've already lost close to 40 pounds and am stronger than I've ever been. I'm excited to go to a gym for the first time in a long time and can't wait to see how I improve from here.
Game Changer is exactly what is says. I’ve only been coming for a month now and I see a huge difference in my strength. All of the trainers are super friendly and they make an effort to welcome you every time you are there. There has not been one time where a trainer has not come over to say hi, ask how I was and how my workouts are going. The sessions are fun yet difficult at the same time and the trainers are right there to support, encourage and push you. The schedule flexibility is through the roof. There is always a session at just about anytime of the day.
I’ve been with GameChanger for about a month now and I absolutely love it! I’ve done quite a few different workout programs and I belong to a gym, but GameChanger is in a league of its own! From Day One, every staff member took the time to get to know me and help me work with my strengths and through my weaknesses. I’ve never felt out of place even though I came in very out of shape! I’m getting stronger every day and it feels great! Each week, I can do something I couldn’t do the week before and the coaches notice! The coaches consistently reach out to see how they can improve my experience at the gym and the positive atmosphere really makes me want to “show up.” The small groups, attentive, well trained coaches and personal attention are just a few of the things that set GameChanger apart. Money well spent!
Hands down, Game changer Gym is the best I've EVER been to. I've been coming here for about a year now and have shed 20 lbs, gone down 2 clothing sizes, and most important...started turning heads again (best part for sure)! I am healthier than I have been in years!! With several significant milestone events on my horizon within the next few months (turning 60 and married 25), I am proud of my positive physical and emotional changes for the better. I'm going to rock that bikini solid in December! Thanks to all of the coaches/trainers and many new friends that encourage and motivate me daily! LOVE my transformation, thank you to all of the Game Changer staff for their support, laughs and love!
Everyone here is amazing. The coaches know exactly what every person needs and really pay attention to you during the workout. They have become a second family to me. The small class size has also allowed me to form bonds with the people I work out with and makes working out a lot more fun and enjoyable. Going to the gym has become the best part of my day.
Game changer has been such an amazing experience. Not only has my cholesterol been under control since starting a month ago, I've been sleeping better, losing weight, and toning up. I believe in game changer and the coaches all believe in is! This gym reminds of the show "cheers" theme song, "you wanna go... where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came!" I have never ever seen or been a part of a gym that makes you feel so great about yourself! Each coach knows your strengths and your injuries and will seriously make the program individualized for YOU! I am so happy to have found gamechanger and each person who works there!
